Secure Card Validation via Stripe
Anyone can browse active sales for free. To maintain bidding integrity and block fake profiles, all buyers validate and store a payment card securely through Stripe before placing their first bid. Your raw payment information is securely stored by Stripe and is never held on our servers.
🎯 Scheduled Closing Times & Anti-Sniping
Auctions close during peak hours between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM local time. If a bid is placed in the final moments of an item's countdown, time is automatically added back to that lot so all bidders have an opportunity to react.
⏱️ 30-Second Staggered Item Closings
Items in an auction do not all end at the exact same second. When closing time begins, Lot #1 closes first, Lot #2 closes 30 seconds later, Lot #3 closes 30 seconds after that, and so on. This keeps the action moving quickly while giving you time to monitor your bids.
0% Buyer's Premium & Stripe Checkout
Unlike traditional auction houses that add a 15% to 20% buyer fee, you pay only your winning bid plus applicable sales tax and standard payment processing. Settle invoices securely through Stripe Checkout using your stored credit/debit card, instant bank transfer (ACH), or Stripe Financial Connections wire transfers for high-value items.
Pickup PIN Code
Once your payment clears through Stripe, you’ll receive a 4-digit Pickup PIN along with the pickup address and designated pickup times. When the scheduled pickup window arrives, come inspect your items in person, show your PIN to the seller to finalize your order, and load your items.
🏡 How It Works for Sellers
Direct Bank Payouts via Stripe Connect
Link your bank account in minutes using Stripe Connect Express. Payout transfers are initiated 2 business days after all winning items are inspected, picked up, and the invoice is closed.
First Payout Note: For your very first payout on our platform, Stripe and the Federal ACH banking network enforce a one-time 7–10 calendar day identity verification hold. Your bank may display a temporary "Pending" deposit and drop it while electronic settlement finishes clearing. Once this initial hold matures, funds post permanently, and all subsequent auction payouts transfer via our standard 2-business-day schedule.

You are in full control of your sale dates. Pick the date you want to launch, and set your auction to end between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM local time.
🎨 Easy, Safe Item Tagging
To protect furniture and antique finishes, never use duct tape or packaging tape. Use masking tape on cardboard boxes and gentle blue painter's tape on finished wood, glass, artwork, and collectibles.
💎 Automatic Lower Fees on Valuable Items
There are no upfront listing fees and no out-of-pocket costs. Instead of charging a flat percentage on everything, our platform fee automatically drops as an item's selling price reaches higher brackets:

🔒 Simple In-Person Item Release
When the winning bidder arrives to collect their items, ask them for their 4-digit Pickup PIN. Enter the code on your phone or computer to mark the items as picked up, finalize the invoice, and trigger your direct payout.
